The tech that cleaned my carpet did a great job. He was very detailed and thoughtful of my belongings. Carpet looked great!

The technician arrived promptly on time and immediately went to work. He was friendly and took the time to hear our concerns and explain what he was about to do. He completed the job and again explained what was ahead, the drying time, etc. Overall, we were pleased with the service and experience.

What I am surprised over is the tip button on your pay pad. I also own a service company and find it concerning. Do you not pay your technicians enough?

They were extremely communicative in scheduling and even sent a reminder. I was out of town, but they made arrangements with me to gain access ahead of the appointment. The crew even took the time to bring a couple packages left at the front door!
They took a video of the duct work being cleaned out, and it was amazing how much debris they cleaned out - it looked like a gravel pit was inside my ducts!
