Overall, Kevin did a great job.
However he needs to communicate more. For the second ‘room’ I would have shown him a different area, but he self-selected an area.
Also, in my bedroom, I only had 1 chair that needed moved to the left or right in order to shampoo under it. He did not move the chair, or shampoo under it.

My technician, Justin, arrived in a timely manner. He was well versed in the products and services that Zerorez provides. Explained everything to me including wait times for some of the products to work on the carpet. He cleaned everything thoroughly and efficiently. He was very polite and easy to deal with. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

The service technician introduced himself by name when he entered my home and ask a few questions and if there were any areas that I was really concerned with I did point out a couple he said that he would do his best. I was very happy with the job and a job well done.
