Flexibility, efficiency, products availability , punctuality, and time spent to complete and clean up after the job.

The young man performed the best he could to remove some long standing food dropping spots. He was courteous and worked hard to remove these spots. He also showed me the difference your product made on my carpet. He cleaned all the spaces we asked him to clean.

Our tech was very good. Not so sure about the office people. Feels like some shady business was going on until my husband got home. Originally was quoted over the phone $269 for our basement and 3 bedrooms (small home, 1600 sq ft total) I was honest told them had 11 steps and looked like a little war zone due to two cats vomiting; had cleaned up but could still see the spots. Tech recommend level 1 biochemical clean, I agreed. Quote comes back at over $700!! Basement is now considered 2 rooms and steps are a room and the 3 bedrooms and the biochemical clean. He's trying to come up with other quotes and find coupons to lower the cost. Comes up with $500. Say no. Told him I could maybe do the $450 that i saw but you have to add the $269, which brought us to the over $700. My husband got home at that time and surprisingly he now has to step outside to make a phone call. He was only able to do the basement for $400. Very very disappointed in Zerorez. Gave a 9 because i'm not faulting the tech for the shenanigans. If I find out the tech played a part I will change my score.

Justin was knowledgeable and efficient. He gave great advice and connected me with a flooring replacement recommendation as well. Prior to him Trom was here and he did a great job as well. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone!
