Our 3 rooms were done even though the technician had problems with his truck freezing up in the below zero temps today. He took a lot longer to finish the job but then he discounted the final bill to compensate us for the delay. It was very easy to schedule the appointment online or over the phone.

I like this service in particular because the carpet drys quickly and does not leave any unpleasant orders. My carpet is about 23 years old but about 90% looks brand new. Also, I like the satisfaction guarantee. Truly, some stains may not come out 100% but I am satisfied that my service did the best job available.

The products worked very well and left no residue. I really appreciate that. My carpets looked beautiful, and my house smelled clean and fresh. They were able to get out some difficult stains which I so predicated. Our carpet is new, so I want to keep it looking white and fresh.
