The technician was on time. He texted and called ahead when he was on his way. He was kind and courteous and did a thorough job. He took photos and shared the before and after. He said based on my home and cleanliness with high blue light and filter I would only need this done once every 10 years. Good to know. It had been just 4.5 years so may have been able to wait. Thank you anyway . Peace of mind.
