Dom was fabulous... he was very efficient friendly personable and made some very helpful suggestions. I was particularly impressed with his follow up on measuring and detailed instruction with two area rugs that I plan to have cleaned after my house is sold.... the cleaning job it self was better than I expected!!!!! I will gladly recommend Dom and ZEROREZ to anyone.
The service representatives were polite, professional and friendly. They explained the process, the cost and the options available. The carpet was really clean afterwards and fresh smelling. What I also appreciated, was that it was not overly wet and dried completely in a much shorter time than it had with other vendors.
