I really like the fact that your cleaning process is environmentally friendly and safe for pets. I live a distance from the metro and was very happy to be able to schedule a cleaning of basically my whole house and a chair. It makes a huge difference. Alex Hughes was an outstanding technician. He was very thorough and explained all the options for taking care of the spots/dog mess that we had in the carpets. He demonstrated the difference on the chair how the cleaning made it look brand new! He also examined a couple of area rugs (which had never been cleaned...) and was extremely knowledgeable about the rugs and cleaning process. With the special of free pick up/delivery and discount on each rug, I sent my own rugs with him to be cleaned. Alex is an amazing representative of what your company stands for and I'll never use another cleaning service again!
