The technician was fantastic, on-time, really clear in his communications and did a great job.
He didn't get a stain in one room, and a "traffic pattern" in another. However, I called their Customer Service folks and they sent out a senior tech who was able to eliminate the stain and greatly-reduce the traffic pattern substantially.
