Very precise in giving quotations about the service ahed of time. Employee that cleaned the carpets was very thorough. Made me aware of certain things. I never felt like I was going to be taken advantage of. I never felt pressured to sign up for more. We are in the process of tearing up 3/4's of the carpet in our house and he just stepped back and cleaned what was new.

I like that John came in and was very professional and took his time doing my carpets to make sure they were clean. Went over all the areas with me and explained everything. I like that it is clean without any chemicals that will harm my pooch!
