My carpets hadn't been cleaned in several years, but turned out looking like new. I was very impressed. The technician was very polite and respectful, not judgmental about the lack of professional cleaning.

The gentleman that came to clean our down stairs living area was amazing! I have been never met someone who knew more about carpets and how to clean then. We have a large dog and a cat, and the smell in our basement was less then to be desired. He looked over our carpet and knew exactly how to fix the problem. He explained our options. He did not make me feel like he was trying to "sell" me something. I am so thankful we went with zerorez
