As an former employee of 6 years and now a customer, the process still amazes me. Rob M is hands down the best tech and he knows his stuff. He made my 25 year old carpet(which was cleaned plenty of times before by zerorez) look like new. Having 2 long haired cats and dog(pet owners know the mess they can make), Rob M cleaned whatever mess they made. Thanks again Zerorez, this company is the only company allowed to clean my carpet.

No harsh chemicals used - instead it is a fresh clean smell and the carpet feels soft with no residue remaining on the cleaned surfaces.
