I have been a long time customer of Zerorez and have always been very happy with my carpeting however, I just got ne carpeting and just needed two spots cleaned as my cat had thrown up and I was unable to get the yellowish stain completely up. I had to pay for a 3 room special cost for this small job. Zerorez needs to put into place for good customers a fee for only spot cleaning. I love the service and cleaning but not happy about having to pay $187.09 for a very small clean.
