What do you like about our products and services?

This was my second treatment/service within one month (different parts of the house!) and as my first one was, this one was smooth/professional as well. Kyle did an excellent job and I will be completing the third and final "leg" of my carpet cleaning in a few months!

It was a much longer process then we intended but we credit Greg for getting the job done and done right. The hiccups and timing along the way were circumstances out of our control so we appreciated the efforts that were made in the end. We are completely satisfied with our basement and again, Greg's customer service. He was a big part of why we continued to call and have confidence the job would get done. We will highly recommend Zerorez to anyone and everyone.

The service technician was very professional, understood the product and was diligent in cleaning our carpet. He took extra time to explain the issue with some stains and also advised us on treating spills when they occur in the future.
