Very happy with how carpet got clean. There were areas previously cleaned by others that were never really cleaned properly. This time the stained areas came clean!
Mg only disappointment is that when I called I was quoted $91 for our oversized room, then was told there would be minimum cost of around $134. Scheduler told me that technician would quote more accurate price when they arrived, and could maybe do extra work to make up the difference . When scheduler arrived, told me cost would be $144.08, which was $10 more, but no extra work was done. I just wanted to get it done with & paid it. Very happy with carpet cleaning, just would like more accurate pricing & know what to expect up front.

I like that it's a quick process. I'd use the services more often than once a year but it's more expensive so it hinders me from using Zerorez biannually.
