My 100% wool carpet was 1.5 yrs old and had surface dirt in the common areas.
Cleaning was done efficiently & I was pleased with the service.

I think the technician was awesome, he went above and beyond. We had actually moved out of our house and he found a leak in our kitchen faucet. He cleaned it up and sent me a picture so I could get a plumber out of there. He saved us potentially even more damage from standing water on our wood floors!
