Won't be using your carpet services anymore as we have removed the carpeting from our home. However, we recently used the duct cleaning service as we had some floor refinishing done. Excellent service- except(!) the person cleaning the dust work unplugged our tankless hot water heater, and did not plug it back in. Needless to say- I had a small "freakout" the next morning when I went to shower and had nothing but ice cold water!! Simple fix with plugging it back in, but please remind the service people to plug in things they may unplug! Thanks for great service as always.

The technicians always come when scheduled with a preceding phone call as to their arrival time. They are always polite and perform what was requested plus clean-up afterwards.
I have used Zerorez for carpet and upholstery cleaning and am always satisfied.

Awesome - I thought I would have to get new carpet. But, I had Zerorez come and clean the carpet and it looks brand new. Love it. And, it was fast. They are professional and answered my questions. I loved it. Definitely will use them again.

You delivered what was promised....clean, fresh carpets! We couldn't believe some of the spots that were removed! Spots that were black; spots that were brown splatters; rusty-looking spots; spots we had tried to get out ourselves but either didn't budge or came back; and let's not forget the general grime. Our ZeroRez rep was friendly, courteous, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We want him back when we do the rest of the house! We will definitely recommend ZeroRez to our family and friends....in fact, we've been talking you up all weekend!
