We had never had Zerorez before. In fact, we had never had our carpets cleaned. If it were not for small spot (about the size of a quarter or more) that was on the carpet just outside the kitchen doorway, we still might not have had them cleaned. The carpet is 20 years old and there has never been any spots until this one. We tried to spot clean with water and the spot was still there but around the soil it looked light. That really bothered us and we said, "we better get the carpets cleaned!".
We had a gentleman named Kevin come and do our cleaning. He was Wonderful! So kind, soft spoken, careful around larger pieces that were not taken out of the rooms, just SO PROFESSIONAL!!! We can't say enough about him. He did not rush, just did a really great job. We will definitely call Zerorez again, and we would for sure ask for Kevin again!!
