We had carpets cleaned in a new home we bought. The Technician was extremely helpful and friendly. The carpets looked new after they were cleaned. Even had a rust stain removed. Great job!

What do you like about our products and services?

Wow! What a difference Zerorez has made in the new home I bought. My son was sneezing constantly and my daughter had a bad cough every time they came to the house. After the duct cleaning and installation of the UV filter, my kids are no longer sneezing and coughing. The house smells so fresh and clean, like it should! Thanks Zerorez.

I was a little nervous because I knew my technician would be there from 1-4 but I had to work. I stopped in during a lunch break at 1ish and no sign of ZeroRez. I had a thought - what if they had to cancel or reschedule? I didn't have any messages so I hoped for the best, prepared for the worst. When I got home after 5, I was so happy to see my carpet looking brand new! I had left the lights and ceiling fans on. All kinds of lamps on. The technician turned the lights off when done. Every lamp. I thought that was so considerate!

I appreciated your quick response when my original carpet cleaning did not go so well. My carpet looks a lot better after the second cleaning. Thank you for fixing the problem quickly.
