My wife and I are so happy with the service we received. Our carpets are 19 years old and we had them done once by another company and 2-3 times ourselves with the Bissell. I can't tell you how nice the carpets turned out! They were so bad having two teenage kids and all their friends run around the house with shoes on for the past 19 years. The steps and landing area turned out fantastic! We both thought prior to the cleaning that we were at a point of no return with how bad they were. Our service tech went above and beyond what was expected of him. The next day we both looked at each other and said "Wow"!!!! The service tech that cleaned our house was fantastic! He was so friendly and we both agreed the next time we have ZEROREZ clean our house we are asking for him. What a great company, thanks for your service!

We had a unique situation with dog urine in 4 areas of our house. Ryan did an outstanding job to completely eliminate the odors in my carpet! I appreciated how he took the time to explain the different levels of treatment options & costs involved prior to cleaning. He went above & beyond to review with me how to use the products i had previously purchased and provided me with suggestions on how to treat my wood furniture to eliminate the urine smell. Ryan really knows his job & does it well! I’m extremely satisfied & will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future!

Your product had a clean smell. Did not smell like a chemical cleaner. The technician , Jeff came on the day after the snowfall the previous night. He was neat , efficient & polite. Did an excellent job.

I can make an appointment quickly, and the services are a great value! I loved how flexible the technicians were when I had to make a payment over the phone, and exchange a room for a rug cleaning.

I've used you about 3-4 times; always professional workers. This time it was very cold out and blocked off the door opening with plastic to prevent cold air flowing in. Carpet is not so wet as I've had it when others have cleaned. I like that I can have it done on weekends.

Our tech was very personable and open about explaining the process(es). He even made small talk and I felt comfortable with his work. He was on-time and finished quickly. The carpet he cleaned as quite dirty and he restored it very well. There was a scheduling conflict (cold weather) and zerorez was flexible enough to get us in early! Would use again and recommend to others!

I was amazed at how clean our carpet came. Also the employee who did our carpet was very polite, friendly and did a great job. He worked hard on a few stains and even thanked us for clearing our driveway.
