I like the fact that the products Zerorez uses are safe and very effective. After moving into our new house, I was sick to see so many carpet stains! I thought the stains were permanent and that we would have to invest in new carpet! But to my surprise. . . it came clean! I was so relieved, I almost cried!

Technian called me before he arrived for the appointment. Explained the entire process as well as the billing system to me and made sure I was completely satisfied.
Cleaning of carpets is amazing. The duct cleaning was beyond anything I expected! Wow! Suctioning at the furnace and blowing the vents to that suction. Ingenious.
No chemicals- I have pets.
the only thing I didn't like was the 4 hour wait before they get there.I think 3 hours would be better.The rug looks good.
