I was very pleased with the way my carpet turned out after spilling a pan of gray paint on it. I was impressed with the young man who came to my home for this daunting task. We discussed my options, which did not seem to hopeful but I was pleasantly surprised when he was done and the spot was so much better. It did not come out, which I didn't think it would but the stain was much lighter.

He was pleasant, helpful and did a good job on what he had to work with!!

The technician was willing to go the extra mile with my pet urine areas. The treatment seems to have reduced the pet odor 90%. And this is fantastic as I had given up hope of ever eliminating the urine odor. Thank you.

We liked the idea of not using soap to clean the carpets! This was our first time ever using Zerorez & we will definitely have them come back again! The two guys who dud the cleaning explained everything very clearly and were also very friendly! Our carpets look great!

Dan the lead tech was fantastic. AND HONEST I told him I was selling the town home and cleaning up the carpet. There was a bad stain in the room off the patio. -- I told him if the stain won't come out, I'll need to replace the carpet. He looked at it, lifted up the heating duct cover so he could se the thickiness of the pad, and said. I can largely get it out, but when it dries some of it will come back. So youre gonna need to replace the carpet in this room. Cost you guys some money to not do that room... but in return you have a satisfied customer. The rest of the townhome carpets they cleaned and it looks fantastic.

The guys that came to clean our ducts were respectful, helpful, and thorough. They wore shoe covers and showed us before and after video of what the ducts looked like! Only VERY MINOR thing is, they didn’t replace the old filter with new (that we had placed next to the furnace).

I thought the service went well. Kyle was efficient and seemed to know his job. While I can't tell much difference in the carpet I am glad it is clean.

I mistakenly scheduled a cleaning for a day that I would not be available. I called to reschedule and was able to get scheduled for a day that worked much better! Happy with customer service rep I spoke with and with the man who cleaned my carpet!
