The carpet doesn’t seem as wet when the job is done as it does with other cleaning services. Carpet was very clean when they got done and after it dried completely the carpet was soft not crunchy.

Your were happy to send Anthony back out to my house to touch up some areas of concern. He was super nice about it and apologetic and said he will do everything he can to get them looking better. Well I will tell you what. The carpet looks absolutely amazing and he did an exceptional job and didn’t make Me feel bad that I asked you guys to come back. He keep apologizing and saying don’t worry I’m going use all our magic to get this looking better for you. He was awesome and my carpets look great. It's not often that I am "wowed" by a customer service representative. However I was so impressed with your rep "Dash" that provided service to my home this week. After 30 plus years in the business to business customer service industry Dash's skills ranks among the very top! He was personal, professional and explained (while masterfully up selling) the service and products along with managing customer expectations. I simply can't say enough about him. He has a very very bright future!

The second time my carpets were cleaned by a team lead and he did a fantastic job unlike the other guy. He spent 2 1/2 hours compared to 1/2 hour! I really like my carpets now.
