My carpet looks almost new. The tech was able to get the junk left in the carpet after Stanlry Steamer "cleaned" it 3 months ago. He even got the chocolate milk and fruit punch stains up. Never will use anyone but Zero Rez touch my carpets.

The whole experience was wonderful! All of steps were so easy , from the gal that booked the appointment: she was very kind and helpful. I received a 48 hr reminder call and the day before the appointment they notified me again regarding my time slot for the service. The day of the service, I received a call from Keith, the senior technician that his arrival time would be about 20 minutes . Keith was fantastic! He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the cleaning process and suggested some good ideas. He was very efficient but very thorough.
