Really good job of communication, taking some really worn carpet and cleaning it well. Ryan had his stuff packed up, noticed a difficult area was drying uneven, unpacked everything and tried some more. He was fantastic.
Carpet was soft not crunchy
I like the fact that carpet isn't soaking wet when done. Also the smell of the products you use is pleasant. They take out animal stains very nicely. The people that have come out are very nice and personable. We will use you you again for sure.

The service was great. Kaleb was awesome and was excited as I was to see the results.Our carpet is very old and realistically needs to be replaced. When I call for an appointment, the lady always is "smiling" through the phone. Her voice is warm and eager to help. And I like the fact that there is a window of time to consider, then as that day gets closer, an email updates the time factor. Plus the service person calls before he shows up too. Always friendly and does a good job.
