We were not home when cleaner came in. We were selling our house and needed to have the carpets cleaned. Guy cleaning our carpets was awesome. He arrived early and called to confirm everything. No extra charges or surprises came up.

We've been wanting to try Zerorez for awhile and finally did this past week. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. We rent and the carpet is at least 20 years old. It now looks like it has received a face lift. It's not perfect, of course, but it's 100% better than any other company has done. The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. We received the sanitizer and deodorizer which was a game changer. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!
