We had Heilen Ceballou clean our carpets on Saturday May 2. She was on time, explained everything she was going to do, and did an EXCELLENCE job !!!! (the carpets hadn't been cleaned in 2 years and they look like they are brand new again !) She was very professional ! I booked an appt for carpet cleaning with Zerorez for Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 10a.

Your employee, Dillion called 20 minutes before his arrival, arrived on time, he was professional, and courteous, knowledgeable about carpets, and very reasonably priced.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend! The carpet looks nearly new and there is no smell of chemicals.

I also appreciate Dillion followed distancing guidelines for C19 by wearing a mask, gloves and booties.

I love that you don’t use tons of harsh chemicals, and everyone I’ve spoken with - at home shows, on the phone to schedule, and employee who arrived at my hone - has been so kind and knowledgeable.
