Calib ( the ZR guy) was very knowledgeable and seemed eager to answer every little question I had. Not only that, he is a great listener to tales of woe about my sick kitty who made plenty of stains for him to treat. He didn’t even act repulsed to hear about her regurgitated food.
He worked quickly and efficiently and my carpet looked like a miracle had occurred in one short hour.
He also seemed like he enjoyed his job so I didn’t feel guilty sitting with my feet up while he worked so hard. Friendly too. I like that in a person on a Monday morning.
