It was very easy to schedule. Technician arrived at the time scheduled and was very professional and friendly. Worked efficiently and thoroughly. My 20 year old carpets looked amazing when done. Pricing was very reasonable. I'm so happy with my decision to have Zerorez help clean and beautify my home.

Zerorez went about and beyond for my family! They were able to get a service done the day we booked and even helped with the price. We needed our house cleaned for our son and they made adjustments to their schedule and made it happen that day. We are very thankful that they went above and beyond for us and will recommend them to everyone. It was excellent customer service! Also the cleaner that came to our house was very polite and easy to work with. He completed the job in a timely manner.
