Super simple - Zeroz has a separate rug processing entrance. I dropped off my rug, needed it back in 10 days and they made that work. It's a big/heavy, thick shag rug so I was worried about how it would turn out and it turned out great! Looks so much better and the dog smell is gone. I thought it was a fair price as well. Technicians are always on time well within the given time window. Technician was very knowledgeable about the services and was able to provide advice to get the best results possible. We had out grout/tile cleaned and sealed; it looks like we redid the grout!
