We like the products....hard flooring and carpet. We enjoyed the workers who were on time, neat, very hard working, and pretty fast.

There were some nail holes not filled, and some filled, and a couple of small glitches in this good sized job, but overall I was delighted.

Because I've used them in the past and love the convenience, one suggestion is to get your service teams the credit card swipe devices for their cell phones as it makes their lives much easier than having to manually enter the credit card info.

I do daycare and have some spots that are pretty bad. The night before you were scheduled to come out I almost canceled and figured I should just purchase new carpeting. But I decided I’d give you guys a try. The tech was super nice and very efficient!! He got all the problem areas clean... my stairs look fantastic, and even my teenage daughters room (which was maybe even worse than daycare) looks new!!! I will use you again for sure! Well worth the money !
