The only concern I had is the amount of moisture remaining on the stairs after the cleaning.
The carpet was very wet, almost soggy. It took over 36 hours to fully dry.
I'm not sure that was good for the carpet nor the wood steps below.

Our tech was honest about the pretreatment not working on pet stains, and didn't charge for something that would be ineffective anyway. Our carpets looked nice, and no "after smell" of wet carpet.
