Zerorez was prompt and accommodating with excellent communication and clear pricing. They fit us in in two days when we needed to get our house on the market and the technician was friendly (but appropriate) and showed up at the beginning of the arrival window. The cleaning did raise previously unseen carpet stains from under the rug and left them at the surface in one room - the technician did explain this was a possibility, just a slight bummer as an outcome.

First of all the technician that met me at the door was very professional and friendly. He had called to see if he could get in earlier and was very grateful for accommodating him which worked better for me also. He listened to my concerns and gave very informative direction and feedback. The carpets turned out beautiful!
