Liked that the service guy was timely; liked that he explained everything...and asked if I had questions. Liked that he did not pressure me into buying other products or add on rooms (but he did kindly explain benefits of add ons) LIKED THAT HE GOT THE STAINS OUT OF OUR CARPET AND THE WHOLE CARPET LOOKS AMAZING NOW!!! :)
