We have had zeroez clean our carpets several times over the past few years and each time the person doing the cleaning has been very professional, been very knowledgable about the products used, has told us exactly what he would be doing and very good at answering all our questions we may have. The product used has always taken care of any stains we had and I like that the cleaning product is safe for people and pets.

Peter Graves did an excellent job of cleaning three rooms of carpet for us. He removed stains that we weren't sure were cleanable. He made the carpet look like new. Peter was pleasant to work with and happy to answer our questions and explain the cleaning process.

Very happy with the service. The technician was early for the scheduled time and answered all my questions and concerns. There was no surprises with the price and or hidden costs. Our carpet looks great with the Zerorez process the carpet dried in half the time as other services we have had in the past to clean our house.

Neil was an amazing technician - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and did a great job on our carpets. My only disappointment was I was initially told I could have an early morning appt. which led me to believe I was the first job, and when I called about the 10 - 1 pm window, was told it would probably be closer to 10:00. Around 11:00 I called again, and was told it would be around noon. That was frustrating, but it all worked out.

The process was explained completely......outlining all my options.
The results were remarkable and I am 100% satisfied.
