Clean, Efficient, Throurgh, Friendly. Made a serious effort to protect folloing, walls and corners. Carpet looks as good as the day the work was done and that had not happened before.

I like that you do not use soap to clean the carpets so when they dry, they feel soft and fluffy again.

i like your services but think the billing manager is very difficult. i was double charged on my debit card the first time and I put in a dispute, which was resolved when the double billing came off my account. I then continued to pay by credit card and check for subsequent visits. now the billing mgr will not allow me to use a credit card as she says they have no way to resolve it if I dispute it. The only reson I did so in the first place is because I was double charged in error. This doesn't promote good will with customers and since we own restaurants and night clubs, we could have used your services in our businesses. She has made it too difficult for me.
Chris was awesome. He didn't make me feel embarrassed about how dirt my car interior was, he just said he will do his best. It was a very positive experience.

Service was as advertised. My carpets are 13 years old and they looked new again. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I like the fact that there is no soap used so no soap residue. I have recommended your service to my girlfriend and she will have it done in a couple of months
