I like no chemicals, water only, and the carpet stays clean.

The only problem was the surcharge for gas which wasn't explained when we got the quote. Other than that, the carpet looks beautiful and out technician was great.
The carpets looked no cleaner than if I had rented a machine and done it myself. Stains are still the and high traffic areas look the same.
We had people ask us if we decided not to get the carpets done.
We have set up a reservice with this client to resolve this issue.
Tech was very nice and did a good job cleaning. My $139.00 3 room deal turned into a $310.00 dollar job. I had the rooms cleaned with a disinfectant and did not realize, nor was I told, it was going to cost so much extra. Lesson learned.
I have called the client 3 times and I am waiting for client to contact me back to resolve this.

Equipment failure (power pump inoperative)
two plus hours to get repaired. Carpets left w/excessive moisture requiring excessive drying time over 36 hours in some areas not the 5 to 8 hurs estimated by Brett.
Technician pleasant but should check equipment before arriving at destination.
Also could not open attachment on what I assume to be a receipt for payment of services.
Spoke with client and resolved all issues.
The serviceman (Robert) was fantastic. He took the time to explain things to me and give me pros and cons to think about. He was very neat and courteous. He is a good representative for your company.
The cleaning turned out fantastic and I am very happy with the results. I will recommend Zerorez to all of my friends who need cleaning work done.
Fast curtious and a fair price
A couple of the stains already came back. It's only been two days
not using ANY chemicals and still cleaned very good!PROFESIONAL SERVICE ON TIME.

The service men are very conscientious and respectful of your belongings and the product seems to get stains out that no one else can.
No chemicals
The timelyness of Brett's arrival both time he has come to our home. He is very particular about protecting our property and personal items. He is very courteous and helpful. Brett even mentioned how nice the carpets still look from his last visit when he cleaned our carpets. I appreciated he set up the fan to help with the drying of the floors and many times cautioned us on the slippery surfaces. One drawback. In our master bathroom the grout is linen in color and I expected better results with the cleaning of the grout. Our floors do look very nice and I thank you for having this special which I was able to use.
Quick and they seem to do the job
I like the fact that you don't use chemicals, the carpets get very clean and the stains don't come back.
I definitely liked the results...best cleaning I have ever had.
Also, the technician was very curteous and very thorough and I
will request him the next time carpets need cleaning.

Technicians do a professional job. I like that you bring your own water, etc. Nothing artificial going into the carpets, etc.
Dennis the technician was very professional and took every effort to give us a Super clean carpet while protecting all other surfaces with blankets corner bumpers etc. Our carpets look brand new again Thank you Dennis and Zerorez!! They also have great equiptment and classy new trucks to provide the best on time professional service. This was our second time using Zerorez and will see them again in the future.
