The Technicians are very personable and easy to work with. The work is excellent and our carpet looks great even though it is now over 20 years old.
I liked my service Tech David V. He was really knowledgeable about the products, and what it takes to remove stains. My carpets hadn't been cleaned for a while, and most all stains came out. My tile floors look amazing after they cleaned them too.
I will be seeing zerorez every year from here on out.
The service tech David is a really hard worker, and extremely personable. If only all service tech were like David, many more happy customer would be recommending ZEROREZ.
I like that you're just using water to clean. Service tech, Dennis, was amazing. Carpets, although very old, look MUCH better!!!

The carpet cleaning is the most effective that I have seen and the carpet stays cleaner longer. The price is higher but worth it - I wish you would have specials for your repeat customers.

FRIENDLY SERVICE, NO UP-CHARGES, AND A VERY GOOD JOB. EVERYTHING WAS AS EXPECTED, THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE BILL WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE. I AM VERY SATISFIED.
The carpet stayed wet longer compared to other carpet cleaning services we had in the past. Other than that, service was prompt, carpets are beautiful without the use of harsh chemicals.
The grout looked clean. What upset me was the way your employee neglected to clean up after wards. There were greasy black marks on the stools and sinks. Even a greasy finger mark on the wall outside the bathroom. Water had been splashed on the bathroom walls and wasn't wiped off. Worst of all, there were muddy footprints leading from the bathroom across my wood floors.
Spoke to Mrs. Smith and solved the issue with her. She is happy. I have also worked with the Tech to resolve issue and provide additional training.
I really appreciate the thoroughness, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that I have seen in each of your technicians who has come to my home.
I appreciated the technicians careful protection of my stair railings, cabinets, etc. that he was was working near. My tile and grout looks so much better and is easier to clean after the sealing!

Best cleaning ever
The process left the carpet really clean. The process didn't take that long. After the carpet dried the carpet didn't feel crunchy from residue.
