Hello and thank you for your interest in feedback about your service. I have to say everyone I spoke/interacted with at your company was wonderful, really! My only disappointment is in the results I got. I had my stairs and hallway carpet cleaned, the only areas carpeted in our home. The flat areas came out clean but the edges of the stairs still look dirty. I don't know if there's any difference between how they look now and how they did prior to your cleaning. I did take a "before" picture and I will compare them tomorrow but still, the edges look dirty.

I like that its a natural way to clean without chemicals and it leaves no residue left behind to grab new dirt. It always feels so clean to walk into the room afterwards. We just had the tile grout cleaned and I am so happy with the results. We run a construction company offering services to the oilfield industry and we get dirt, oil and grease tracked into the office and shop. The tile grout had gotten so dirty and we didn't think we could get it clean, but Zerorez did! It actually looks new again, glad we chose to have it re-sealed as well. Our carpets turn out just as clean too. Zerorez is our only way of cleaning now.

No other carpet cleaning service, could have gotten my carpets as clean as you did.
