It took 24 hours for our stairs and landing to dry. Think those areas could have been extracted better

Be on time. Within 30 minutes would be fine, 1 1/2 hours is unacceptable in my opinion. George was a nice guy and called to say he would be late. However,you need to be more realistic with your scheduling when the technician has to drive more than an hour between appointments.

Quick process and dries fast, plus the rug looks great. The service man was courteous and helpful.
Late, very late my appointment was at 11:00am. The service Tech got there at 245pm. OMG, and ask me if I wanted the carpet disinfectant for 25.00 extra per room, (3 rooms). The service Tech told me he would discount me 50.00. No way! I felt the service should have been free or my total carpet service discounted.

My carpets are clean and not soaking wet. They seem to stay cleaner longer.

Zerorez has been terrific that I was only able to do a few rooms of my house at a time - so technician Robert has been to my house twice now. He has been effecient, helpful, kind, thoughtful and professional each time he has been to the house. He has cleaned 28 year old carpet - and while no one can make carpet that old look completely brand new - he has cleaned it to the point that I don't feel I have to replace the carpet yet - and that is a huge blessing in my life right now!
The even better part about his work last Saturday was that I asked Zerorez to clean the 28 year old tile in my entry, kitchen, service porch and a bathroom. From cleaning it myself for the last 28 years, I knew it was a lot of tile - but I had never realized it was 700 square feet of tile! At 28 years old, the grout was dark grey or black ... and that was not the original color of the tile! After Robert worked on the tile - the grout was restored to the original color - which matched the tile! I cannot get over the sheen of the tile that was also restored! That was almost as wonderful as how much better the carpet looks!
I will be calling Zerorez again in a week or two - because there are a couple more rooms to be done - but I am already recommending Zerorez to my family and friends!

Best cleaning service we've ever used - switched to zerorez many years ago. Our technician, Brian, was excellent, very professional and did a great job w/a difficult stain. Brian is an outstanding representative of your company.
I must say I found myself totally disappointed this morning, April 1st, 2013. We just had zerorez here on Friday - only 3 days ago. This morning, I received the lower price email of $90 less! I believe it would be a good thing to honor existing customers by refunding this amount, specifically those that had booked your company within the past week.

My carpet is still damp, we told it would take 8 to 12 hours not 48 to 72 hours. Very concerned about the wood being this wet.

I was extremely impressed by Larry . Primarily, he was honest with us; making sure his expectations of the results matched ours. (We have a difficult cleaning problem ). In addition, he worked diligently and thoroughly to give the best chance for a successful outcome. I will definitely call zerorez (and ask if Larry is available) for our next cleaning challenge.
