The technicians are always very punctual and courteous . The process is fast and dries quickly. The carpets looks brand new every time and spots do not come back. I have used zerorez for about 4/5 years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. I recommend to all my friends.

I like the fact that my carpet looked really clean. One bedroom had some very dirty places and the end result was amazing. I have a dog and there was fur between the carpet and the moldings. That was completely removed.
the young man did an excellant job with the spots in my carpet but the normal soil in the traffic areas in the two bed rooms could have had a little more care taken. I was a little disappointed. This trip was not up to the par of my first cleaning. I probably would call you again but next time I would look at each room as it was finished. I have recomended you on several occasions but I would do so with caution to check each room before the cleaner leaves. I was pleased with how long my carpets stayed clean and I have 3 dogs that are in my house at will.

Fantastic results. I've used steam cleaners before, and was happy with the result, but with Zerorez, the carpet looks brand new. I even had problems closing one bedroom door because the carpet was so high.

The service was very professional and great care was taken to minimize the chance of damage to the walls and furniture in the house. All in all I think Zerorez has a good operation going for them both environmentally and professionally. I will be calling in the next 9 - 12 months for a re-clean...
