So far stains have not returned. Our service rep did a great job, was very friendly and on time.
They were able to do what they said they would do. The carpet came out like new. They had to come back and touch up a couple of spots and there was no hassle from any one including the workers. The fellow that stretched the carpet, Robert I believe, did a wonderful job.

Preferred techs from last appointment a year ago

My previous cleaning with Zerorez was not a good one and I filled out a survey and never heard back. I did schedule again because I have used you solely since I installed the carpet. This time the person that came out was wonderful and really took his time, that was the problem the time before he was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was very happy this time.
I had to schedule three different appointments to final get may carpets cleaned. As a customer I answered the questions that you customer service agent gave but the information that I gave her I guess was not properly transmitted to the service tech. He did not have the proper equipment on his van to clean my 2nd story apartment. So, we rescheduled for Saturday. That tech came and left because I missed his call but I was in my apartment. When I did speak with him he told me that he would not be able to carry the equipment up the steps and that I would be charged extra for this additional set up. I called customer service and stated what I had been told by the technican. The customers service agent said that was not true and they did not know why the tech told me that information. At that point I was prepared to call another company. The stated the could have the original tech that was schedule come out on Monday and he could do the cleaning. I said ok. It was finally done and I was happy. The orginal Tech Albert Nila was great!!! Get more techs like Albert and less like Derek. Thank you

I believed in the Zerorez process before having my own carpets cleaned and had recommended you to others. Unfortunately, after having my carpets done, I no longer believe in the process. Carpets really aren't that clean.
As an example, there were a couple of bad spots on the carpet that needed more work once it dried. I used my personal carpet cleaner without soap and the resulting water was very dirty. Also, the area rugs that were cleaned just don't seem so.
Actually, I would like a refund for part of the service.
