The carpet and tile look great. my carpet is old and shows stains fast zero rez makes it look almost new. The tile floor grout looks amazing. Livingston is very professional and friendly, takes the time to answer any questions i have. I have referred him to my father, sister and sister in law.
The customer service of our cleaning was great. The carpet seems to be hard not plush. We were told also that after a few days we would see a white powder that we could use the vacuum, no powder came up. Also I still have two spots I can see. We were told that the carpet would dry by that evening and it took the weekend to dry.
Set up a re-cleaning to resolve this issue.

Noticed a marked difference in the quality of the cleaning and Jose was a Jewel...He couldn't have been nicer and more efficient.
The process is outstanding in its results. 1200 square feet of carpet, one sectional couch,one couch and love seat, and six dining room chairs (reupholster had been considered) now look new. Yet a process is only as good as its application. The technician was efficient, diligent, and thorough. He made sure that he knew of everything that was to been cleaned. On several occasions I noticed that he would inspect his work and redo it if it were now to his satisfaction. As I was returning furniture to my study I noticed small change (coins)on the television next to a couch that had been cleaned. The technician must has retrieved it from the cushions. Honesty! Thank you for a great product and great service.
You got the smell out after the last company oft my carpets dirtier than they were.
Product leaves carpets clean without chemical odor. Service rep (Dennis) called to confirm appointment in the a.m. Arrived promptly. Was professional, cordial, and accomplished work thoroughly and in a timely manner.

the first technician did not do the carpet well, i called and within 8 hours my carpet was redone to my satisfaction.
The service was great - really worked hard and was very accommodating . Only issue was that it took almost 2 days to totally dry.
I have three small children and love that there are no chemicals that can harm them.

We were pleased with your service overall. We were a little disappointed however that two pet urine stains we were hoping would come out didn't. But we knew there was a chance of that. Mostly though I was sad to find that the two tapestry hallway runners your tech cleaned got ruined. They are permanently discolored and in some areas, severely shagged. I wish the tech would of told us there was a chance that would happen so we could have avoided doing them. Unfortunately they will have to be replaced now. :(

After my floors had dried, a cloudy film was on my tiles. I got it all up with a dry cloth. I have glossy tile. Since then, everytime I clean my floors, and it dries, it leaves the cloudy film. Now, I have to do an extra step to get the cloudy film up (this is a very very large area). I will recommend friends and family for carpet cleaning but will make them aware of what COULD happen with tile cleaning. Please do not call my house because my husband (Name removed) would not be very happy knowing I paid $469 and is now having this problem. Thank you.
I like the new prices. I like the quality of the cleaning. The technician was very professional and courteous. He was very good at customer service. I will use Zerorez again in the future.

The floor looks amazing and we are very happy. I believe someone else at the company sent in a rating this morning, but she was not here for the cleaning and was not able to see what an awesome job he did.
