I feel the price was too high, based on the original email and quote. I really wasn't prepared to be in a negotiation with the tech.
My carpet looks great.
The Technician was great. BUT I do have a big question. He said he would treat the puppy spots in the hallway (previous renter had a puppy) But the day after he had done our rugs the same spots still flouresced with the UV light I have- they were still there. No change. So I wondered if he really did the extra treatment I paid for. And the spots still flouresced a week later. No change. So if spots like that never really disappear, and they were old spots that had been there since the rug was cleaned before we moved in, and if they are spots that always show up with UV light source, then it is not exactly honest to tell a customer that spot treatment should be done. So either the spots will always show and maybe I didn't need the pet treatment , and the tech didn't tell me that, OR he didn't really do the pet treatment I paid for-which is it? The rugs looked great and they felt great as you advertise. But I am wondering if I got a bit ripped off on the the pet treatment....
Deep cleaning; spends more time in the process going back and forth; use of many adapters for different situations; serviceman was courteous, friendly and professional; pricing was reasonable.
Hassle free and very easy to deal with. The gentlemen that did the work were considerate, knowledgeable and did a great job.
Will wait for a few months to see if the carpet doesn't attract dirt like other carpet

Price
I'm not entirely convinced that zerorez cleans better than other companies. I vacuumed the day before the cleaning, then vacuumed after carpets were dry. I was amazed how much dust was picked up.
Zerorez does a great job carpets looked great. the only thing is I wish I could get a break on price or maybe throw in another room for the 99$ the three rooms that were done equal about one and a half room at most (small area)

The area to be cleaned was one big open area, small dining, small living open into the very small computer room. $95 is too much, don't care what system you use.
Lower price, no extra charge for antimicrobial. ...seems like a gimmick...hard to say. But overall satisfied so far
You use only the safest products, and your services are excellent
Always on time, calls before coming, the guys are very hard working, and we have four (4) cats. We like the products because they can walk on them without any harmful effects.
The pricing, I was quoted at $90 for three rooms. I added a small hallway and paid $194. Not sure why the price was so much more...
Professional service
When the tech arrived he informed me that there was an extra charge of $35 per room to treat pet stains, plus an additional $90 to treat deep stains that had gone to the pad. On top of all of that, I also learned that the hallway was considered an extra room. I have never ever been charged for the hallway. Last but not least, the charge for stairs and landings is ridiculous. Of course, none of this was communicated prior to the tech's arrival. I felt completely taken advantage of. I have another cleaner, who's product dries instantly, that I was completely satisfied with. The only reason why I decided to give zerorez a try was because it was recommended so highly by Mercedes on 94.1. I will not be returning to zerorez nor will I be referring your company to any of my friends.
I really do not know. I wanted my carpet cleaned and was not thinking about of recommendations.
It was explained to us what each step was and what the product would do and how it would work. So far it has worked like he said and so far no pet smells or bad odors.

I've used you in the past and have always been very satisfied. You guys are very professional and have always taken care of me. I moved into an apartment just recently and the carpets have an odor for some reason. I was told that the carpets were done prior to me moving in. Whatever company the apartment complex used didn't do a very good job so I took it upon myself to have it done professionally. I figured I would call you guys to have you do my carpets and address the problem. For some reason the oder came back and the traffic areas are still very prominent.
Kenyon was the service person that cleaned our carpeting. If you are looking for expertise in the products he used on our carpeting, a hard worker with excellent results and a real professional in this field, then I would highly Zerorez's products and service people. Thank you, Kenyon!
Your employee (Josh or Justin) not sure of name, was wonderful and hard working. It customer service had asked more prep questions he would have know what to expect. All and All great job.
