Only thing I could complain about is we wanted the carpet protector and he was out so we couldn't get it. Otherwise it he did a great job!
Have your customer service folks ask what the customer is looking for, that way they can tell the customer about different levels of cleaning. By doing this, dispatch may get a clearer picture of how long a tech may be working for a particular customer.
The bubbles from the solution used left white powdery marks when the carpet dried. That seems unusual...hopefully it won't be an issue for my crawling grandchild. Please let me know if otherwise.
Lastly, the technician Jason, was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and thorough for this first time customer.

Ryan & his partner arrived ahead of time. We took a walk thru they told me about problem areas what they would do to take care of them.
They cleaned area I picked out for a test clean. If I didn't like it they would leave but it was beautiful so they did all carpets in the house.
They also cleaned the tile floors.
They are very professional.

The carpet and the grout between the tiles look like new.They are both 13 years old. Justin was very good at his job and it was done in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the results, and the price was reasonable.

Carpets seem very clean and we like the "chemical free" concept of cleaning. Appointments are easy to schedule and technicians are very polite.
The treatment did not eliminate the pet soiling. The pet stains can still be seen with a black light. The tech indicated that it might take a few days for it to dissipate but it has not. I went with the higher priced treatment to deal with this ($357). Otherwise I would have gone with a much cheaper service. I will be calling to see what remedy you might recommend.

My carpets turned out amazing! I didn't think all the stains would actually come out. The two guys that came out were awesome and were very respectful.
Victor did a wonderful job on my carpet. He worked extremely hard.
Todd also did a terrific job. He cleaned my tile and sealed the grout.
