Over the past number of years we have used Zero Rez for our carpets. They always do a great job so we decided to have them do our tile as well. Everything looks great and if there is a problem area they are upfront about what they can do or not.
After some confusion regarding my appointment, the customer service rep managed to have a technician show up as originally scheduled. The technician provided complete and professional service & my carpets look great! I really like knowing that the cleaning products are pet friendly too!
Not using soap to clean the carpets is the best. Soap does nothing but collect dirt if it is not all rinsed out. Your service professional did a fantastic job. Thank you.

However, I keep wondering what you do in your $89 ad specials??? And then you offer incentives like a $25 gift card for gas. I spent over $800, and I would appreciate that gas card.
Also, you might have your service people notify clients that your equipment uses a lot of electricity because I discovered that a GFI was blown and all the frozen food in my garage refrigerator thawed. I had just stocked the freezer, $200 worth. I cooked what I could but I could not refreeze most. So cleaning my carpets became very expensive for me!
I last time Zerorez did my carpets, the results were awesome! This time, just kind of so-so in some areas. I think the technician last time offered some sort of pre-treatment possbily that got more of the stains out. This time there were a few areas that still had some stains & there really wasn't an explanation afterwards about the things that did not come out. Overall it was still good, but not AS GOOD as the time before.

Lesley & Carlos came early! Didn’t try to up sell me what I can’t afford. Moved furniture. My carpet looks so much better (it was stained pretty bad). Dried within a day. We can keep our puppy now.
How clean it gets eveything
The Cleaning Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. The Master Bedroom was particularly soiled and it did not come clean. It is still soiled, but looks better. A little disappointed in master bedroom results. The Living Room, Loft, Hall and Steps look cleaner as well.
Overall pleased with the work. Kitchen tile cleaned and is cleaner.

Usually the person doing my carpets is much friendlier. Usually I am pleasantly surprised at how above and beyond the zerorez person goes. This time I had to fight and bargain to get what was handed to me in the past. 1st time I used Zerorez, I was amazed; the 2nd time I didn’t even hesitate to use zerorez again and was just as pleased. This last time was disappointing for the reasons above and in addition damage was caused to the paint in kitchen!

Rich of Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. Best carpet cleaning ever. We had nasty pet stains and just plain grubby griminess built up in two carpets. I was close to just buying new ones. Rich made em look almost new. I'll only use Zerorez to clean my carpets in the future.
Until Zerorez cleaned my carpets the first time, I thought I was going to have to replace them. Not any more!
