Pricing was an issue for me. The technician that cleaned my carpet was very polite however, once he went over my options and showed me the additional add-ons that I could do the price started going up rather fast from the $107 that I was quoted over the phone. Most people want their carpet(s) treated and protected once it has been cleaned but once you start adding those items on it's just too expensive. By the time the technician was done with his quote I was looking at ~$250. That's a Big difference from $107!
We had several carpet cleaning companies and none left my carpet as clean as yours. Thank You!

We don't want telephone calls disrupting our Saturday begging for input. I don't like being asked to rate someone a 9 or 10. etc. There will be a detailed explanation of our estimate going from $198.00 to a billing of $1013.00. As senior citizens, we intend to give you a follow-up of our extreme disappointment.
It really cleans the carpets well with no residue. The carpets feel good when you walk on them.
I like the fact that you do not use chemicals or soaps that stay in the carpets.
The truck used for the carpet cleaning left a huge spot on the asphalt. It from the engine compartment but from the back. I would think that’s the water. I am concerned the HOA will hold me responsible for asphalt discoloration/damage. I took pictures and called the Zerorez location the next morning about this. I was told it had something to do with the heated water and oil in the street. It’s a large area and I don’t understand how that could be.

The products are all natural and the carpets look new after being cleaned. The technicians are very knowledgeable, polite and do an excellent job.
The employees were very knowledgeable about zerorez product and they knew what to look for on my carpets
More transparency when quoting prices. My price once the techs showed up was more than double what I was quoted on the phone. That is very frustrating and leaves the customer feeling like they have been screwed.
I was told that they had not quoted me for the stairs and a walk in closet and that my living/dining room was really two rooms. On the phone I was clear that my home was two stories and that the square footage was 2100sf - stairs should have been assumed and the number of rooms should be irrelevant if given the square footage.
Really clean carpet. Doesn't clean the edges alone the baseboards.
We had stairs and a rug cleaned. Spots on the stairs came back the next day. Disappointed.

I love how fast my carpet cleaning dried and that there is no smell or resido. I will definitely use Zerorez for my future cleanings.
The tile floor cleaning is GREAT we had 33 years of dirt and the floor looks like we just put it in.

Professional and excellent service
I was not told it would take 3 weeks for me to get my rugs back. I was expecting a week and would not have sent them had I known as I was having company.
I have used Zerorez many times but I was not pleased with the service personnel on this most recent visit. He started the visit by saying our 3 year old carpet was cheap and we should have purchased better carpet, 100% nylon. Then when I asked about the $25.00 gas card that was referenced in the advertisement he never provided it or explained why. Not your best service.
