I was very impressed! The two young men did an excellent job. Made my 15 year old carpet look close to brand new again. The pet odors, gone! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone!!
Nice people. The lady was a badass and caught a scorpion that ventured out as a result of the cleaning. I caught a second one later that day. So, if the carpet business doesn’t work out, Scorpion Hunters could be a good alternative. Lol! Thanks.

Chris Barnes was fast, efficient and professional in cleaning a soiled carpet that hadn't been shampooed for appx. 5 years. He also used Shield Guard. For people who travel a lot or have allergies to harsh chemicals, Zerorez is the best option. The carpet now smells fresh like an orange juice factory 😀

He took his time getting the stairs clean. He went above and beyond to remove a wax stain I was not sure on how to remove. If there was a stain on the carpet he could not remove he pointed it out to me. I appreciated his honesty and hard work.

I’m a repeat customer because you always do a good job. The carpets dry quickly because they aren’t soaked. They look and smell clean. Price is competitive. All the techs are especially nice, especially the one yesterday. My unfriendly dog loved him.
Andrew was personable and very nice, but think the sale price is what I got......but I was with another company for years and they did this condo last Aug 2017, much better. I realize it was a bit dirtier then when my other company was here but I will call upon them again before you.......sorry just that way

We had a great experience with zeroez. Anthony C. was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple tips on how to take care of stains and dog accidents. He did three rooms in less than an hour. At first I was told it would take an hour and a half. So it was great to have cleaned carpets quickly. Not only was it quick but they look brand new. The carpet does not feel crunchy either. Anthony was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use Zeroez again!
