Were you afraid I honestly don't think I've ever seen our carpets cleaner and they're fairly old and a light color your staff was very accommodating when I called to place an appointment and we were very pleased with the tech very professional and friendly and did an extremely good job

The guy that came out to our house and cleaned our carpets was fantastic. Knowledgeable, efficient and a very nice personality. Exactly the type of employee that you want representing your company. We will be reuesting him for service next time we need it.

Excellent cleaning and excellent service. Have used Zerorez for many years and have never been disappointed and we have white carpet. With Covid we didn’t do an annual cleaning and went about 3 years before calling in Zerorez. Thrilled to have clean carpets again!

Workman was very professional and friendly and tidy. Our only concern was he said the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours and it was not dry until about 18 or more hours. Made me wonder if he had spent enough time extracting the water.
