He did an amazing job cleaning my tile in my entry hall. I couldn’t believe how clean he hit my grout. I will be scheduling an appointment to clean the rest of my tile.
He overcharged me! Don’t believe the mailers. He quoted me $229 and said he’d do my area rug for free. Well the mailer says $29 a room plus a free hallway with a minimum of 3 rooms and so many square feet. Well I ended up paying $329 because he said he put a treatment on the carpet (he never told me that it was extra) and then he charged me for my area rug. He only passed over the areas twice (which I felt was not enough to clean it) unless I stood there and asked him to go over it again. As I look at my carpet now, I can still see the spots. I’m so disappointed in this company that I had so much faith in. Totally not worth the money! Beware!!!

I like that your services do not use harsh chemicals and are safe for people & pets while still getting a deep clean and excellent spot/ stain removal. Corey the tech was very polite & professional and explained the services to me and tailored it to my specific needs.

He put the booties to come in first, did the walk around and didn't put them back on.
In the upstairs bedroom he didn't close the door to get behind the door.
The runners for the stairs he did the landing and flats but didn't do the verticals...

Amazing service and my couches and recliner look brand new.
The first technician that came to our home spent a total of approximately 15 minutes talking with me and cleaning our one set of stairs. When I told him I wanted to pay for the deodorizing ($35), he told me that if I tipped him $20 cash, he would just throw in that service and not put it on the invoice. I declined and told him that I don't keep cash on me. He then offered that, if I were to go get the cash, he could do the same deal. I just told him that I'd pay for the service. Apparently, he wasn't happy with that response because he VERY quickly cleaned the stairs and the odor returned about four days later.
I called the office after he left and they informed me that they are not allowed to accept tips. Once the odor returned, I called the office again and left a message (without details) for the supervisor over technicians, who they said would call me back within just an "hour or so." He/she never called. I called back the next day and spoke with the scheduler who originally put me on the calendar. I explained that I was expecting that call back, but that I would just tell her the entire issue from beginning to end. They sent a second technician out, free of charge, and he explained the entire process. He was there about 30 minutes and did a VERY good job of cleaning the stairs well. They made the best of a strange situation. So far, the odor has not returned.

Very professional work was done. The technician did a great job since my carpet and tile are old. Looks like new now. No pressure and didn’t add any up changes. Definitely I would recommend for cleaning all floor needs.

The person who took my rugs for cleaning said they would get them back to me I n about 3 weeks. It’s been that so I called and ask when I would get my rugs back. The person I spoke with could not answer my questions but said they would get back with me today. They did not. So I can only assume you stole my rugs or damaged them beyond repair and charged me $1100+ for the privilege.

Left water stains on floor around the rug and one rug did not get that clean but to be fair he was thinking it might not come clean. Looked clean when he left but not for long. Most upset about having to scrip wood floor to get white marks off. Also I paid cash and he said would send receipt and never got.
