Liked everything from start to finish. Major was our technician. He was very prompt and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time and offered to come early but I stuck to my original appointment. He was very understanding. He showed up on time and finished within a reasonable time. The carpets were bad but he did a fantastic job and the carpets were beautiful. I highly recommend your company and definitely recommend Major. I’ll be calling again and I will be requesting Major. Thank you for a job well done. Didn’t seem like he spent enough time doing the job. The edges on the rug were still dirty. I’ve had other cleaning companies come and there was no trace of there the furniture was and had perfect lines from the machine. There was a spot missed in sons room after the carpet dried.

I got charged $40 for my patio cushions to be cleaned, and they are still extremely dirty and filled with dust. Huge waste of money and time. The guy that came cleaned them way too fast, and I feel like they werent cleaned at all. Now I have to try and wash them in my washing machine, even though the cushion instructions tell me not to put in washer. This was my first time using ZeroRez, and it may be my last.

This is the second time we've used Zerorez. The first time, they did an amazing job on our carpet. This time was to give our tile floor a deep cleaning. They did such a great job on the floors. The house smells clean and fresh. We will definitely be using them in the future for annual spring cleaning. Quality cleaning, friendly staff, fair pricing.

Ever since my first cleaning with Zerorez I never used any other cleaning company again, noticeable difference in the cleaning of the carpet, other companies I’ve used the carpet starting looking dirty again in only a couple months like the dirt was sticking to whatever chemicals they used, I never had that happen with Zerorez and was very happy with their cleaning process, definitely recommend
