The technicians did a good job and followed our directions.
The carpet had one pet stain area with odor. It took the tech more time to set up than it did for him to treat and extract. It did not help. The smell still lingered. As a former carpet restoration company owner, I expected more. I took care of it myself, successfully. My children own the home. I am the dog sitter and mother. They paid, I am here so I am making certain you know it was not worth the expense for them.
Area rugs look great, Cory showed up on time and was very knowledgable, he was easy to listen to as he explained the procedure..... HARD WORKER, Thank you!
