Tile came out great and your service man was very patient in explaining everything to me . Would highly recommend
"Favian" my tech arrived a little earlier in the two hour window which I appreciated since the summer is so very hot. He did a good job extracting water, leaving my carpets to dry in several hours. This is not my first time using Zero-rez , I would highly recommend this company.

It smelled awful and I had to put more carpet fresh in that room.
I don’t understand why you don’t have a tool to get underneath the bed.
187.00 was a lot and I don’t think the job was thorough enough for the price.

Not only does my carpet and tile get very clean, but the fibers and finish don’t get broken down so they stay clean.
I have pets, dogs to be exact. Zerorez does a fantastic job of getting the urine smells out. I also had my tile cleaned. Wow, that is also a fantastic service. Great job!

Very nice great job
We had 2 recliners that were so dirty. The pattern was almost black. After they were cleaned, I couldn't believe how great they looked. They were almost like new. I will use them again and refer anyone to use the service. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cleaning of furniture and carpets.
