Try not to leave a mess at the customers front door, with all the hose dripping. Dry the floor after grout cleaning, so there are no streaks.

tech added on $105 to pretreat 3 rooms! even worse i made a trip to home depot while tech was cleaning. i was returning to the house barely 30 minutes later when tech texted me and said he was done! to avoid stepping on wet surface i did not view completed job until i returned next morning. i then see that tech didn't even push sofa back to normal position so i pushed it back and now haVE about a 12 inch deep patch the entire length of the sofa that hasn't even been cleaned!
the carpet looks marginally better but i believe your process is no better than other competitors. i'm sorry i did not use them for the carpet cleaning when i had them out to clean the sofa, love seat and mattress. they said pretreat was part of the service using i believe the same steam method as you do. also, i was quoted by your office staff a total of $410 to do the sofa. love seat, and mattress. the other company did the job for $200!!
the best you can do is have the tech come by when in the vicinity and finish the cleaning in front of the sofa.
